This Policy applies to personal information processed when you visit our official website, use AuraFace features (including within TikTok Minis where available), contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services. It does not govern TikTok’s own processing as a platform. When you access AuraFace through TikTok, TikTok may also process data under TikTok’s Privacy Policy and terms.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Account & contact information — such as nickname, email address, or identifiers you provide.
• Face images & analysis inputs — photos or camera frames you voluntarily submit for face-reading analysis, and derived analysis results (for example, feature descriptors used to generate an entertainment-oriented report). We do not use your face images to identify you across unrelated third-party services.
• Device & technical data — device type, OS, browser, language, IP address (approximate location), app/version identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostics.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, session duration, referral source, and interaction events needed to operate and improve the Services.
• Communications — messages you send to support, privacy, or business contacts, and related metadata.
• Cookies & similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Platform data (TikTok Minis) — limited identifiers or context TikTok provides to Mini experiences when you open AuraFace inside TikTok, subject to TikTok’s permissions and your settings.

We do not knowingly collect government ID numbers, precise GPS, payment card numbers on this marketing website, or special categories of data beyond what is necessary for the face-analysis feature you choose to use.

We use personal information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve face analysis, reports, and related features;
• Operate, secure, and debug the Services (including fraud, abuse, and integrity protection);
• Respond to support and privacy requests;
• Send service notices (and marketing only where permitted and with a clear opt-out);
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect rights, safety, and property;
• Analyze aggregated or de-identified trends to improve product quality.

Face analysis is offered for entertainment and personal insight only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and results are not guarantees of future outcomes.

Where required (for example under the GDPR/UK GDPR), we process data based on: (a) performance of a contract to provide the Services you request; (b) legitimate interests such as security, product improvement, and communications that do not override your rights; (c) consent where required (for example certain cookies or optional processing); and/or (d) legal obligations.

We may share information with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, customer support, security), under contractual confidentiality and processing limits;
• TikTok when you use AuraFace as a TikTok Mini or otherwise interact via TikTok tools, to the extent necessary to operate the Mini experience and as required by TikTok’s developer/platform rules;
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards;
• Legal & safety disclosures when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect users, the public, or AuraFace.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share face images for third-party advertising targeting.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for cross-border transfers.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Face images submitted for analysis are retained only for the period necessary to generate your report and for limited security/abuse-prevention needs, after which they are deleted or de-identified, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to keep a copy of your report.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong device protections and avoid uploading sensitive images you do not wish to process.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

To exercise rights, email privacy@reignsword.com with sufficient detail to verify your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your region.

If you use AuraFace inside TikTok, you can additionally manage platform-level permissions and data settings in TikTok’s app settings.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your region, such as 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@reignsword.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. AuraFace is intended for a general audience consistent with TikTok platform age requirements.

The Services may link to third-party sites or be embedded in platforms we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review TikTok’s and other partners’ policies before providing data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted on our website or through the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
