Terms of Service

You must meet the minimum age required by TikTok and applicable law in your region (and in any case be at least 13, or the higher age required locally) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

AuraFace provides AI-assisted face-reading analysis and related personal insight content for entertainment and informational purposes. Features may include uploading or capturing a face image, generating reports, viewing guidance content, and related website information. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

When offered as a TikTok Mini, the Services also operate subject to TikTok’s Developer Terms, Mini platform rules, and Community Guidelines. If there is a conflict between platform rules and these Terms regarding platform conduct, the platform rules prevail for that conduct.

Some features may require an account or platform login (including TikTok login where applicable). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your access. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@reignsword.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes;
• Upload content you do not have rights to, or images of others without appropriate permission;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services or related systems;
• Misrepresent analysis results as professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice;
• Violate TikTok Community Guidelines or applicable laws when using AuraFace inside TikTok;
• Use the Services to exploit, endanger, or target minors.

You retain ownership of images and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to generate your requested outputs. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

AuraFace branding, software, designs, text, graphics, and other Service materials (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.

THE SERVICES AND ALL ANALYSIS OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FACE-READING RESULTS ARE ENTERTAINMENT-ORIENTED INSIGHTS AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF PERSONALITY, FORTUNE, HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, CAREER, OR ANY FUTURE EVENT. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraFace and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge our User Agreement and Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in a competent jurisdiction where we operate may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
