User Agreement

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must stop using the Services immediately. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to accept this Agreement on their behalf.

When AuraFace is offered as a TikTok Mini, you must also comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and developer/platform rules.

AuraFace provides AI-assisted face-reading analysis and related personal insight content. Outputs are for entertainment and personal reference only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Results are not predictions or guarantees of fortune, health, relationships, career, or any future event.

We may update, add, or remove features, and may change availability by region or platform (including TikTok Minis).

You must meet the minimum age required by TikTok and local law (and in any case be at least 13, or a higher age where required). You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating or using an account;
• Keeping login credentials and devices secure;
• All activities conducted under your account or access session;
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use at support@reignsword.com.

We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim accounts that violate this Agreement or create safety, legal, or integrity risks.

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal purposes. You may not:

• Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission;
• Copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass technical protections;
• Use automated means to generate bulk analyses or abuse rate limits;
• Remove branding, copyright, or proprietary notices.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content;
• Submit face images of others without appropriate permission;
• Exploit, endanger, or target minors;
• Interfere with other users or the security/integrity of the Services;
• Misrepresent AuraFace outputs as certified professional advice;
• Violate TikTok Community Guidelines when using AuraFace inside TikTok.

By submitting a face image or camera frame, you confirm that you have the right to do so and authorize us to process it to generate the analysis you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You should not upload images containing sensitive personal data you do not wish to process.

Generated reports and insights are licensed to you for personal use. You may share your own report, but you may not misrepresent it or use it to harm others.

If paid reports, subscriptions, or virtual items are offered, prices, taxes, billing cycles, and refund eligibility will be shown at purchase or in the applicable store/platform (including TikTok Mini payment flows where available). Unless required by law or the platform’s refund policy, fees are generally non-refundable after digital content has been delivered.

AuraFace names, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, models, and other Service materials (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

The Services may integrate with or appear inside third-party platforms (including TikTok). We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement, create risk, or if required by law or platform rules. Upon termination, your license ends, but provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) remain in effect.

We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified through the Services or website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
